Fontana Fire Department needs your help! We are currently looking for Paid on Call Firefighters, EMT's and AEMT's to join our team. If you don’t have any of these certifications, Fontana Fire Department will sponsor you through schoolings. No Experience Required.
Fontana Fire Department was established in 1930 and is complimented by two fire engines, one ladder truck, 2 boats, 2 ambulances and brush fire vehicle. Fontana Fire Department roughly runs about 320 calls per year. We also staff two FF/EMTs in house 24/7. Fontana Fire covers the Village of Fontana which has about 1700 residents. We also assist our neighboring departments under the MABAS agreements in place through Walworth County.
